Open to legal residents of the United States, 13 years of age or older. Participants under 18 must have parental consent. No purchase necessary to enter or win.
Official Rules
1. Sponsor
Cinema Center Stage Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Screenvision Media, Inc., 40 Worth Street, 9th Floor, New York, NY 10013 ("Sponsor").
2. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins on the date of launch at the participating theater location and ends on the date specified by the Sponsor at the location. All entries must be received during the Entry Period.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
4. How to Enter
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, visit the Cinema Center Stage kiosk or scan the QR code at a participating theater. Select a submission category, record a short video following the on-screen prompts, enter your display handle, and submit. Limit one (1) entry per person per category per day. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or do not conform to these Official Rules will be disqualified.
5. Prizes
Grand Prize (1): $1,000 and featured display on the cinema screen. Runner-Up Prizes (2): $250 each. Honorable Mention Prizes (5): $50 gift card each. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $1,750. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is allowed except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
6. Judging Criteria
Entries will be judged by a panel selected by the Sponsor based on the following criteria: Creativity (40%), Entertainment Value (30%), Relevance to Category (20%), and Production Quality (10%). The decisions of the judges are final and binding.
7. Intellectual Property
By entering, each entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display the submitted content for promotional purposes in any media. Entrants retain ownership of their submissions.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) any injury or damage to persons or property related to participation in the Sweepstakes. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from participation.
9. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Personal information will be used for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and will not be sold to third parties.
10. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via the display handle provided at the time of entry and/or announced on the cinema screen and official social media channels. Winners must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected.
11. Disputes
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
